• For revision and refund requests, you are required to use the My Assignment Services Student Portal so that all communication can be documented and you can directly communicate with your assigned expert.
• In case there is a delay in the delivery of a project, you are requested to call the customer support team immediately and seek the status of the assignment. You may also raise a query through your student portal dashboard for a prompt resolution in this regard.
