Purpose
This Student Code of Ethical Use outlines how students are expected to use the academic support services provided by My Assignment Services (MAS) and related platforms (“Platform”). Our services are intended to support learning, understanding, and skill development, not to replace a student’s academic responsibilities.
Core Principle
Students are responsible for their own academic work. MAS provides guidance, feedback, and learning resources that must be used ethically and in accordance with university and institutional policies.
Permitted Use of Services
Students may use our services to:
- Understand academic concepts and subject matter
- Learn how to structure assignments, essays, and reports
- Receive feedback on drafts they have prepared
- Improve research, analysis, and academic writing skills
- Learn correct referencing and citation practices
- Prepare for exams, presentations, and assessments

Prohibited Use of Services
Students must not use our services to:

- Bypass university plagiarism or AI-detection systems
- Misrepresent authorship of academic work
Requests for prohibited services may be refused.
Use of Exemplars, Models, and Feedback
Where exemplars, outlines, or sample materials are provided:
- They are for reference and learning purposes only
- They demonstrate structure, style, and approach
- They must not be copied or submitted verbatim
- Students must rewrite and develop their own final work
- Submitted assessments must reflect the student’s own understanding and writing
Plagiarism & AI Use
- Students are responsible for following their institution’s plagiarism policies
- AI tools should only be used where permitted by the university
- Students must ensure originality in final submissions
- MAS may provide guidance on ethical AI use, but compliance rests with the student
Communication & Conduct Expectations
Students must:
- Communicate respectfully with mentors and staff
- Use Platform channels for all interactions
- Provide accurate information about academic requirements
Students must not:
- Pressure mentors to violate academic integrity
- Request off-platform or unethical services
- Harass, threaten, or misuse mentors or staff
Consequences of Misuse
Misuse of services may result in:
- Refusal or termination of service
- Suspension of account access
- No refunds for misuse-related terminations
- Reporting to authorities where legally required
Regulatory & University Alignment
Our services are designed to align with:
- University academic integrity frameworks
- Assessment and learning outcome requirements
- Applicable education regulations in relevant jurisdictions
Students are responsible for understanding and complying with their institution’s specific rules.
